PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On September 6, 2026, Unifour Church held its Annual Congregational Meeting for the purpose of electing two new members to the Church Council. This was the only item of business discussed, aside from a motion and second to receive the minutes from last year's congregational meeting.
The candidates appearing on the ballot were Daniel Hall and Forrest Christian. Both candidates received the required number of votes and were duly elected to serve as Church Council Members, with their terms beginning in October 2026.
As we prepare for this transition in leadership, we ask our church family to keep Daniel Hall and Forrest Christian in prayer as they begin their service. We also ask for continued prayers for the three Council members who will remain for another year: Dawn Kerwood, LaDarla Sanders Lioret, and Terry Brown.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Cheryl Herron, who stepped down from the Council in April 2026, and Tracie Laws, whose term of service is concluding. We are grateful for the time, leadership, and commitment they have given to Unifour Church through their service on the Church Council.
As one season of leadership concludes and another begins, we give thanks for everyone who has answered the call to serve our church family.
May God continue to guide, strengthen, and bless Unifour Church as we move forward together!
